Is there anything you can do?  YES!

Bringing your breasts back to a more youthful look and a healthy state takes some time and effort.   It's all up to you!!  Practice the suggested program  to retrain your breasts and the results will delight you.  Making sure you are wearing your new bra properly will start you on the right road to looking and feeling better. 

Retraining Your Breast Tissue
Periodically during the day, train your breast tissue by repositioning the tissue to enter the support triangle.  Do this for the first few weeks.  This retraining will help move breast tissue forward. 

Occasionally there will be a "fat" pad in the underarm area that will not fit into the triangle easily.  A previous ill-fitting bra often causes this, but your breasts can be retrained. 

To position the tissue in the upper arm area, lie flat on your back with your bra off and reach up as high as you can.  Reach across to the opposite breast, and using the whole side of your thumb and the palm of your hand, press firmly and massage all the way to your nipple.  Do this 7 times for 7 days. 

If you are doing the exercise properly you should feel the tissue moving. On the 8th to 20th day, increase by one time each day, till you get to 20 times a night.  Continue this breast massage until the tissue has moved back into the upper part of your breast, giving you a rounded look on top.  

This is also a good time to perform your monthly self-breast examinations! 

WEARING YOUR NEW  BRA

Congratulations on your decision to give yourself more comfort, beauty and support with your new, professionally fitted bra!  Here are some suggestions for the first few days while you become accustomed to your new garment.

• Wear your new bra every day.  It may take a few days to get used to it.
• Wash it each night for the first few days to remove any "sizing" in the fabric.  Remember hand wash only.  We recommend using Eco-Clean or Delicat. 
• Get into the bra by leaning forward and swivel the bra into place, making sure you do not trap any breast tissue under the band of the bra.  Hook on the center row of hooks or where it rest most comfortably for you. 
• With the cups unhooked, gently guide the breast tissue into the triangle, circling the entire breast.  Be sure the Banderin shelf is straight & not wrinkled before closing cups.
• If you experience discomfort, you may be wearing the bra too low in front and too high in back.  By keeping the bra high in front, and low in back, you will soon be accustomed to the unique positioning. 
• Extenders are available for those times when your breasts feel fuller, and the bra feels snug.  They are also good during warm weather when bodies can swell or when you have a weight gain. 
• We suggest that you consider purchasing 3 bras, WASH,WEAR & SPARE.
